For your wedding

The guest book that fills itself.

A book on the table gets filled in by twelve people. A QR code on the same table brings in a hundred pictures — from people who would never have opened a book.

And if you want, it becomes more than a collection: your guests stand there as Renaissance paintings, in a snow-covered forest, on the winner's podium. With their own faces.

Before – after

This is what a wedding photo looks like after the transformation.

Drag the slider: on the left the shot from the photo booth, on the right the same couple in the Roaring Twenties – the same faces, a different century.

Why this lands differently at a wedding

From the drinks reception to the next morning

You do not plan by features, you plan by the running order. So here it is in the same order.

  1. 01

    Drinks reception

The QR code stands on the cocktail tables. People waiting take photos — and the first pictures are there before dinner starts.

  2. 02

    Between courses

The photo booth is where tables mix. Two minutes of waiting is not a problem here, it is a conversation.

  3. 03

    After the cake

The stretch where most pictures happen — and where an allowance runs low. Topping up works by QR code, and the best man can do it too.

  4. 04

    The next morning

The pictures that only surface on people's phones over breakfast still get added. The gallery stays open for twelve months.

There is nothing for you to set up

No delivery on Friday, no collection slot on Monday, no cable across the hall. A tablet on a tripod is enough — and even that is not required: if you like, every guest's phone becomes the photo booth.

How that works technically is on the page about the AI photo booth. Here it is enough to say: nothing arrives, and nothing has to go back.

You do not have to decide right away

Start with the guest gallery for 29.00 € — a QR code, every picture from your evening, twelve months. If you want to add AI images later, you can at any time; even in the middle of the party.

The term only starts with your first picture. Booking a year ahead costs you nothing — and gets you the QR code early enough for the invitation.

Questions from couples

What if there is no Wi-Fi at the venue?

Then no AI picture is made: the transformation happens on our servers, not on the tablet. It does not take much, though — what gets uploaded is a photo, not a video. A phone hotspot is enough, and reception where the tablet stands matters more than speed. Put the tablet where your phone has a signal, and ask the venue about their guest Wi-Fi beforehand. If the connection drops mid-evening, what happens depends on what you photograph with: on the tablet that particular shot produces no picture, it is not held back for later. If your existing photo booth runs through the connector, that keeps watching the folder and catches the pictures up as soon as the network is back.

Do we need a flash unit or a ring light?

No. A tablet and a simple light source are enough. The light in the finished picture comes from the scene, not from your room: every scene brings its own lighting with it — evening sun, spotlights, candlelight. What the result really depends on is your photo, not the megapixels: light from the front, a sharp face, the camera close enough. One lamp beside the tablet does it — the front camera of an older tablet in low light is the most common reason for a weak picture, and the lamp fixes exactly that. And anyone who already has a photo booth with a flash keeps using it, of course.

Does this replace our photographer?

No, and it is not meant to. Your photographer makes the pictures you hang on the wall. VivaPix makes the ones your guests send each other — and the ones that would not exist at all, because nobody fills in a guest book.

When should we book?

Whenever you like. The gallery and its QR code exist immediately — early enough for place cards and the invitation — and the twelve-month term only starts with your first picture. Booking a year ahead costs you nothing.

What if we misjudge the size?

Up until the first picture you can move to a larger package at any time and only pay the difference. After that, moments can be topped up individually — mid-party, by QR code, and by someone other than you.

Do we need a photo booth in the room?

No. A tablet on a tripod is enough, and even that is not required: if you like, every guest's phone becomes the booth. No setting up the day before, no delivery, no collection date.

And if someone does not want to be photographed?

Before the first shot there is a notice that every guest confirms — and you can write the wording yourselves. Anyone who would rather not simply does not step in front of the camera; and if a picture does turn up that should go, you remove it in one move.

How long do we have access?

Twelve months from your first picture, with several reminders before the end and the option to extend. Whatever you download in that time is yours regardless — in full quality.

They will still be talking about it on Monday.
