VivaPix Gallery

Your guests take the photos. You get all of them.

One QR code on the table, and every phone photo and every short video from the evening lands in one place. No app, no sign-up, and nobody has to send you pictures afterwards.

29.00 € one-off — 10 GB, available for twelve months.

How it works

  1. 01

    Beforehand

You get the QR code as soon as you have created the celebration — weeks before the date. Time enough for place cards, signs or the invitation.

  2. 02

    On the night

Guests scan, shoot, upload. No app, no sign-up, no account — the code is the key.

  3. 03

    Afterwards

Available for twelve months. Even the pictures that only surface on people's phones the next morning still get added.

What is included

  1. 10 GB of storage

Around 2,000 phone photos — or a few hundred short videos. If it fills up, the gallery says so in good time; another 25 GB costs €9.

  2. 12-month term

Available for a year — long enough that even the aunt who left the note in her coat pocket still finds her pictures. Extendable.

  3. No sign-up

Guests need no account, no app, and leave no data behind. The link is the key.

If you want more

Later it becomes an AI photo booth.

Your guests tap a picture in the gallery, pick a scene — and moments later they are standing there as a Renaissance painting, in a winter forest or on the winner's podium. With their own faces.

You need no device for it. No tripod, no printer, no delivery — the photo booth is already in everyone's pocket. If you would rather set one up, that works too: a tablet is enough.

The transformed pictures land in the same gallery, next to the originals. Your guests never notice there are two systems.

You decide whether that is open — with a switch you can flip at any time.

That works at any point — weeks in advance or mid-party. And it works the other way round: if you start with the photo booth, you can add the guest gallery later. Both routes cost the same in the end.

Questions that come before buying

Do our guests need an app?

No. The QR code on the table opens an ordinary web page. Anyone who can take a photo and tap a link is in — including the aunt who never signs up for anything.

How many pictures fit?

Around 2,000 phone photos. For a celebration with a hundred guests that is plenty, even when everyone uploads at once in the evening. If it does get tight, we tell you in good time — another 25 GB costs €9.

Can guests upload videos too?

Yes — up to three minutes each. The message to the couple, the toast, the fireworks: all of it lands in the same gallery as the photos. You decide whether videos are allowed; they take up considerably more space than pictures.

Can anyone look into our gallery?

Only whoever has the link. The address is a long, unguessable code, and the gallery appears in no search engine — it is as private as your guest list. There is no additional password; passing on the link passes on the access.

What if there is a picture we do not want?

You get an address of your own, just for the two of you. Tap the picture there and it is gone from the gallery — including for anyone holding a direct link to it.

How long do the pictures stay online?

Twelve months. You are reminded several times before the end and can extend at any point — six months for €9, twelve for €15. Anything you have downloaded is yours regardless.

Can we add AI images later?

At any time — even in the middle of the party. You need no device for it: if you like, your guests tap their picture right there in the gallery and pick a scene. The gallery stays the same, the new images land alongside.

Every picture from the evening. One code.
