For prom & graduation
Your year group has a theme. So do your pictures.
After years together, what is left at the end is one evening — and what is left of that is pictures. With VivaPix they become pictures that fit your year group: you choose the scenes, your people stand in them with their own faces, and all of it lands in one gallery for everyone.
No equipment rental, no deposit, no delivery van: your phones are the photo booth, a tablet is the station.
Packages from 29 € for the whole year group — all prices on one page.
Before – after
This is what your year group looks like after the transformation.

Why this suits a graduation
- Pictures in your theme Your year group has a theme — so do your pictures. You pick the scenes that fit it, and on request we build one specifically for your year.
- The whole year group in one place Everyone uploads into the same gallery — pictures from the stage, from the tables, from the afterparty. What would otherwise be scattered across a hundred phones sits together.
- No flight case, no deposit Your phones are the photo booth, a tablet is the station. Nothing is delivered, nothing has to come back undamaged — for the committee that means one item less to worry about.
- Private stays private Only whoever has the link gets into the gallery. Pictures can be removed, and everything is deleted once the deadline passes — the party does not end up online forever.
From the doors opening to the reunion
A prom has a packed programme — the station needs no slot of its own in it, it runs alongside.

01
Doors open
The QR code is on the place cards. The first pictures happen at the drinks reception — you can see the nerves in them later.
-
02
Between the programme items
Speeches, awards, certificates — and in between, the station that turns waiting into pictures.
-
03
The party
This is where most pictures happen. If the allowance runs out, the committee tops it up by QR code — from any phone.
-
04
Afterwards
The gallery stays for twelve months — long enough to still be open at the first reunion. Downloads work at any time, in full quality.
For the committee: one item, not a project
You book a package, get the QR code and print it on the place cards — that is the entire organisation. Nothing is delivered, nothing has to come back undamaged, and if the allowance runs low during the evening you top it up by QR code.
How the technology behind it works is on the page about the AI photo booth; what the gallery does is on the page about the Guest gallery.
Questions from the prom committee
What if there is no Wi-Fi at the venue?
Then no AI picture is made: the transformation happens on our servers, not on the tablet. It does not take much, though — what gets uploaded is a photo, not a video. A phone hotspot is enough, and reception where the tablet stands matters more than speed. Put the tablet where your phone has a signal, and ask the venue about their guest Wi-Fi beforehand. If the connection drops mid-evening, what happens depends on what you photograph with: on the tablet that particular shot produces no picture, it is not held back for later. If your existing photo booth runs through the connector, that keeps watching the folder and catches the pictures up as soon as the network is back.
What does it cost for a whole year group?
A package with a fixed number of pictures — no equipment rental, no deposit, no delivery service. If it is not enough on the night, you top up by QR code; someone other than the committee can do that too. The packages are on the pricing page.
Can we get pictures in our year's theme?
You pick whichever scenes suit your theme. And if none of them do, ask us — we build scenes specifically for an event on request, and your year's theme is exactly that kind of case.
Do we need a photo booth?
No. A tablet on a tripod is the station, and if you like, every phone in the hall becomes a photo booth. Setting up, plugging in, shipping back — all of it goes away.
Who sees the pictures?
Only whoever has the gallery link — it is unguessable and appears in no search engine. And if a picture turns up that should go, you remove it in one move; that applies to the direct link to it as well.
And if someone does not want to be in the picture — a teacher, say?
Before the first shot there is a notice that every guest confirms; you can write the wording yourselves. Anyone who would rather not simply does not step in front of the camera — and anything that slips in anyway can be removed.
How long can we get at the pictures?
Twelve months from the first picture, with reminders before the end and the option to extend. Whatever you download is yours regardless.
