For company events & trade fairs
The experience people still talk about on Monday.
A photo wall stands empty after ten minutes. A station where colleagues come out as Renaissance paintings or on the winner's podium keeps an audience all evening — and the pictures travel through the corridors on Monday.
And it stays clean: consent before the first shot — in wording you set — German hosting, and a deletion deadline after which things really are deleted.
Event packages from 29 € — all prices on one page.
Before – after
This is what the team looks like after the transformation.
Drag the slider: on the left the shot from the photo booth, on the right the same people on stage at an awards night – recognisable, just staged bigger.
Why this lands differently at a company event
- An experience that mixes departments A photo wall stands empty after ten minutes. At the AI station people queue, compare and laugh — right across the seating plan.
- Scenes that fit you You pick what suits the occasion from the catalogue — and on request we build scenes specifically for your event. We have already done that for company events.
- Straight with your people Before the first shot there is a notice everyone confirms — and you set the wording. Hosted in Germany, deletion on a deadline, data processing agreements in place.
- Costs you know in advance A package with a fixed number of images; failed attempts are on us. Usage is visible per event — no flying blind until the invoice arrives.
From the reception to the Monday after
Not an item on the agenda that needs a host — the station runs alongside, and that is precisely its advantage.
-
01
Reception
The QR code stands on the cocktail tables. The first pictures happen before the first speech begins.
-
02
During the programme
The station runs alongside — a tablet on a tripod, with nobody needed to host or staff it.
-
03
Later in the evening
This is where most pictures happen. If the allowance runs low, you top it up by QR code — no IT ticket, no procurement process.
-
04
Afterwards
Every picture sits in the event's gallery — for anyone with the link, for twelve months. After that it is deleted automatically.
And at a trade fair?
The same setup, a different calculation: a tablet at the stand, and visitors take their picture with them by QR code — a memory of your stand instead of a branded pen. The half minute the image takes is not waiting time, it is a conversation.
One condition comes with it: the stand needs internet — the transformation happens on our servers, not in the tablet.
Your equipment, not ours
A tablet on a tripod is enough — and if you have booked a photo booth through an agency anyway, it stays where it is: VivaPix attaches to its picture folder and the booth never notices.
How that works in detail is in the guide on Add AI to a photo booth you already own — and what sits behind it technically is on the page about the AI photo booth.
Questions from organisers and procurement
Do we need equipment from you?
No. A tablet on a tripod is enough — your own. If you like, every phone in the room becomes a station. And if you have already booked a photo booth through an agency, keep it: VivaPix attaches to its picture folder and the booth never notices.
What about our employees' privacy?
Before the first shot there is a notice that everyone confirms — and you can set the wording yourselves, for example after agreeing it with the works council. Faces are checked but not stored; everything sits on servers in Germany, data processing agreements are in place, and it is deleted once the deadline passes.
Can the scenes match our company?
Yes. You pick what suits the occasion from the catalogue — from the winner's podium to a winter forest. And if your event has a theme of its own, we build scenes for it — we have already done that for company events.
Does it work at a trade fair?
Yes — a tablet at the stand is enough. Visitors take their picture with them by QR code, and with it a memory of your stand instead of a branded pen. There is one condition: the stand needs internet, because the transformation happens on our servers.
How do we plan the costs?
You book a package with a fixed number of AI moments — an AI moment is one finished image, and failed attempts are on us. If it is not enough, you top up by QR code during the evening. You can see what has been used at any time.
Who has access to the pictures afterwards?
Only whoever has the gallery link — it is long, unguessable and appears in no search engine. As the organiser you can remove individual pictures at any time, and after twelve months everything is deleted.
