One gallery, three kinds of picture
Every celebration gets a guest gallery with a QR code of its own. What goes into it is decided by the package.
Guests' phone photos
Guests scan the QR code and upload their own photos — no app, no sign-up, during and after the celebration. Everyone sees everything, and everyone downloads what they like.

Photos from the booth
VivaPix Booth runs on an iPad or inside the photo booth you already have. Every picture made there sits in the same gallery seconds later — next to your guests' phone photos.

AI moments
The guest picks a scene — fighter pilot, steampunk, winter magic — and sees themselves in it seconds later, with their own face. The picture lands in the gallery and goes to their phone.
Mini, Event, Party — graded by the number of moments. Can be added at any time, including to Gallery.
Guest gallery only
One QR code, every picture from the celebration in one place — uploaded by your guests, with no app and no AI. If you decide you want AI moments later, you simply add them; you only pay the difference.

Each of these packages contains both: the AI photo booth for the evening and the guest gallery that stays afterwards. One price, no subscription, no juggling credits — only the number of AI moments changes.
An AI moment is one finished picture that a guest takes away. Failed attempts do not come off your package — those are on us.

Your guest gallery simply keeps running. Guests can carry on uploading, viewing and collecting memories together.
That means the QR code exists before the celebration — it fits on place cards, signs and even the invitation. VivaPix is then not the booth in the corner but the picture gallery of the whole event.

Credit instead of a package: you buy AI moments up front and spread them across your events. The larger the volume, the cheaper each moment. From 0.20 € per AI moment.
