Beforehand
Choose a package, pick the scenes, enter the wording of the consent notice. The QR code goes on the invitation or the place cards — that is all the preparation it takes.

The station runs alongside. The first pictures happen over mulled wine while the tables are still being laid inside.

Once the evening loosens up, most pictures happen. If the allowance runs low, the organisers top it up by QR code — from a phone, without leaving the party.

The gallery stays open for twelve months; downloading works any time, in full quality. Anything that should go, the organisers remove with one tap.
For the organisers: one item, not a project
You book a package or ask for a quote, get the QR code and print it on the invitation — that is the entire organisation. Nothing is delivered, nothing has to be returned intact, and if the allowance runs low during the evening you top it up by QR code.

Questions from the organisers
What if there is no Wi-Fi at the venue?
Then no AI picture is made: the transformation happens on our servers, not on the tablet. It does not take much, though — what gets uploaded is a photo, not a video. A phone hotspot is enough, and reception where the tablet stands matters more than speed. Put the tablet where your phone has a signal, and ask the venue about their guest Wi-Fi beforehand. If the connection drops mid-evening, what happens depends on what you photograph with: on the tablet that particular shot produces no picture, it is not held back for later. If your existing photo booth runs through the connector, that keeps watching the folder and catches the pictures up as soon as the network is back.
We only just got a date — is that still possible?
Yes. Nothing is delivered and nothing is set up, so there is no delivery schedule that could be full. Choose a package, print the QR code, put up a tablet — that works within the same week.
Which winter scenes are there?
The Winter Magic scenes in the catalogue: winter village, mountain hut, après-ski, snow globe, winter fairy tale and the Winter Magic scene itself. Plus everything else in the catalogue — a company party does not have to be snowy. A scene built specifically for your company is available on request.
Does it work with 200 guests?
Yes — the packages differ in the number of pictures, not the number of guests, and phones as photo booths do not form a queue. There is one limit per picture: the scenes are built for up to four people. Larger groups choose at the station who goes in the picture.
What will the works council say?
The notice before the first shot carries the wording you specify, and every confirmation is recorded with time and wording. The pictures are processed in Europe and deleted after the retention period. Everything else that applies to company events is on the corporate event page.
Can we order on invoice?
Yes. Companies get a quote with a data processing agreement and an invoice — tell us which party is coming up. Private buyers purchase via the pricing page.
Who sees the pictures?
Only whoever has the gallery link — it is unguessable and appears in no search engine. The organisers can remove any picture, even afterwards.
